Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn sneakers back in their original recycled box and ensure all eco-friendly tags are still attached to the product.

  Ship with Care

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned sneakers, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
